While we have an established pricing structure for all different forms of events, we try to work within our your budget and can tailor each occasion to your wishes.

We charge a fixed price per person to include food, service and facility fee. All other extras like flower decoration, alcoholic beverages, hire of additional tables and chairs if needed, music and the like are charged at cost price, unless you wish to arrange these yourself.

As all events are different, please enquire how much your particular meal or reception etc. would cost.

The Stevenson House has no liquor licence, which means that all of our clients order their alcoholic beverages either through our winemerchant Mr Hogg at Cockburns of Leith or through the winemerchant of their choice. Mr Hogg will supply on a sale or return basis and sends an invoice after the event charging only the cost price. This gives a significant saving to our clients as we also do not charge corkage. All soft drinks and mineral water are supplied by us.
